Salwa Jaradat is a Palestinian vocalist, composer, and music researcher based between Paris and Beirut. Trained at the Edward Said National Conservatory of Music and Antonine University in Lebanon, her work spans vocal performance, archival research, and contemporary Arab music. Her artistic practice explores the intersections of memory, breath, and feminist narratives within Arab musical heritage.

She previously performed with the ASIL Ensemble for Contemporary Classical Arabic Music and taught singing with Action for Hope, supporting Syrian and Palestinian refugee communities. During her four years at the AMAR Foundation for Arab Music Archiving and Research, she studied pioneering Arab women singers—a research journey that later evolved into two acclaimed performance projects in Beirut.

Salwa has performed at international festivals, including the Babylon Festival in Iraq, Oasis Bizz’Art in France, and Sound Disobedience in Slovenia.

In March 2026, she released her debut album, Nafas, a contemporary musical project inspired by the writings and spiritual practices of Arab women mystics.
